- We use your login credentials to establish a secure connection with your financial institution in order to automatically download your transaction information (and potentially match certain your purchases with exclusive offers that can save you money).
- How do you store my bank login information on your servers?
- When you enter secure data such as your online login to your financial institution, the login credentials are stored securely by in a separate database using multi-layered hardware and software encryption. Your data is kept safe through the use of industry leading best practices and technology such as firewalls, intrusion detection, SSL, password protection, data security, data integrity, physical security, and third party audits and inspections.
- What if I delete my account? Do you keep my bank login information?
- Absolutely not. If you delete your account, ALL data related to that account would be deleted
- Can someone see or steal my credit or debit card account number?
- After your initial account setup, your login credentials for your financial institution or your account numbers are never again displayed in Offermatic. So even if someone managed to obtain or steal your Offermatic account login, they will not be able to get your credit or debit card account number or your login to your financial institution.
- What do you mean when you say that signup is "anonymous"?
- It means we do not collect any information that personally identifies you. There are only 3 things you need to create an Offermatic account; Email address, Password, and Zip code.
- Can Offermatic employees view my bank account numbers or credit card numbers?
- No. Your credit or debit card login credentials and account numbers are in encrypted format at all times. Given the level of hardware and software encryption - even in the case of data theft, your credentials would not be compromised.
- How can I protect my Offermatic account?

- Don't share your Offermatic password with anyone.
- Make sure that your password is complex, including both numbers and capital letters.
- Be certain that you have virus protection and a firewall on any computer you use to access Offermatic.
- How can I close my Offermatic account?

- Login to your Offermatic account.
- Go to "Your Profile".
- Locate the "delete Offermatic account" option under "More Options".
